Tourism That Cares is pioneering the training of lodges and hotels to cater to Neurodiverse travellers and people on the Autism spectrum.
Currently it is estimated 15% of the global population is neuro diverse, and no one really on the African continent is upskilling their staff to cater to this neglected consumer group.
We are closely working with Autism SA, a non-profit committed to raising awareness around Autism in Africa and Holding onto Hope NPC.
My passion, in co-operation with national trainers from Autism Sa, and support from Tourism that Cares is to provide a short on site and digital training for your hospitality team.
The costs to come up to your region, and do some training will be partly subsidised by our travel partners, in order for us to make the training as accessible as possible across small to medium sized accommodation establishments.
Once you have completed the training, our travel partners will be able to add you to their travel packages, and promote it to specialised agents/ clients who are looking for this solution in Southern and East Africa.
